Rotary feeders / Airlock Valves are
used at the bottom of Bins, Cyclones, Dust Collectors or Feed Hoppers to discharge
materials at a controlled rate or act as an Airlock. They are also used to introduce
materials into positive or negative conveying systems. A Rotary Feeder / Airlock Valve
consists of a rotor which turns at a given RPM in close clearance to it's casing thus
maintaining a uniform rate of material flow and provides a seal. Material of construction
is C.I. / M.S. / SS316 / SS304 or any other as per the nature of product .
SINGHASINI Reactors are extensively used by many Chemical
Process Industries Viz. Pulp & Paper, Food, Polymerization, Coagulation &
Flocculation, Pharmaceuticals, Paint and Breweries etc . Design of Reactor depends on host
of features such as R.P.M., Size of Tank, Physical Properties of Fluid, Presence of
Baffles and Heat of Reaction etc. Reactor / Agitator / Mixer have wide application in Heat
Transfer. Mass Transfer and Dispersion equipment's. Types of Impellers used are Marine
type Propeller, Pitched Blade Turbine, Curved Blade Turbine, Anchor Impeller, Helical
Screw Impeller and Flat Blade Turbine . Wide applications warrant the use of various
material of construction such as M.S., SS304 / SS316x, Rubber lined, PVC lined etc.
Stuffing box and Double Mechanical Seals with Siphon assembly are provided as per
requirement .

Lock Dampers are used at the bottom of Bin’s , Silo’s or Feed Hoppers to
discharge materials , which cannot pass through Rotary Air Lock Feeders / Valves , at a
controlled rate . Airlock. They are also used to introduce materials into positive or
negative conveying systems . Air Lock Damper consists of two damper plates which are
actuated at a given phase through a spring loaded cam arrangement , which turns at a given
RPM thus maintaining a uniform rate of material flow and provides an air seal . Material
of construction is M.S. / SS316 / SS304 or any other as per the nature of product.

Screw Feeders are used at the bottom of Bin’s , Silo’s or Feed Hopper’s to
feed material at a controlled rate into a Grinding or to introduce material into positive
or negative conveying systems . A Screw Feeder consists of a screw which turns at a given
RPM in close clearance to it’s casing . The casing may be circular or
‘U’ trough . Material of construction is M.S. / SS316 / SS304 or any other
as per the nature of product
