 SINGHASINI Ultrafine Pulverisers
are impact type, high speed, air swept, swing hammer type, multipurpose grinding mills
coupled with a separate centrifugal blower, capable of grinding soft minerals &
chemicals upto the hardness of 2.0 Mohs. The main mill is supplied with high efficiency
cyclone air separator & dust collector. The material of construction of internal parts
of Pulveriser main mill, cyclone air separator & dust collector varies as per
individual requirement. The Pulveriser is supplied with Digital (Automatic) Feed Controller for maximum
feeding.The Pulveriser can be supplied with Reverse jet Pulse air type dust collector or Totally enclosed Manual shaking type dust collector or with open type static tubular dust collector. Roller Mills, the Grinding operation in which is performed on the principle of attrition
& compression, which results due to the centrifugal force generated from the suspended
rollers running inside the Bull Ring.A
constant quantity of air is circulated through the mill & system. The air from the
blower enters the mill through a series of tangential ports round the base of Grinding
Chamber and sweeps the fine & medium fine materials to the classifier above the
Grinding Chamber leaving no ground material in the chamber & allowing the rollers to

| TUMBLING (BALL /PEBBLE/ ROD) MILLS |
 SINGHASINI Tumbling Mill consists of a cylindrical shell which slowly turns
about a horizontal axis & is filled about half its volume with a solid grinding media.
The shell is lined with a replaceable liner which may be of high carbon steel, Manganese
steel, Porcelain or rubber. The grinding media is metal or rubber balls in a ball mill,
Pebbles or Porcelain in a Pebble Mill & metal rods in a Rod Mill.In Tumbling Mills the material to be grinded is carried up the side of the shell upto the top from where they fall on the particles underneath. In Ball / Pebble Mill the most of the grinding is achieved by the impact of the Ball / Pebble which drop from nearly the top of the shell whereas in a Rod mill the most of the size reduction is due to rolling attrition & compression. The Tumbling Mills may be batch type or continuous. Tumbling Mills are tailor made mills and sizes depend on individual requirement. Spices Grinding Mills are swing beater type of multi row of well balanced hammers
mounted on heavy duty steel disks. All the wearing parts of the Grinding chamber and
blower are protected with replaceable lining plates. The bottom of the Grinding Chamber is
supplied with a replaceable screen for required output size. The feed end of the Spices
Grinding Mill consists of an automatic feeder / manual feeder. The Mill is supplied with
complete air separator parts consisting of Cyclone Air Separator & for Providing dust
less operation Reverse Jet Pulse air type dust collector or Totally enclosed Manual
shaking type dust collector or with open type static tubular dust collector is supplied.The grinding action results from impact and attrition between the lumps or particles of the Spices being ground. The fineness of product can be regulated by changing rotor speed, feed rate, or clearance between hammers & grinding plates as well as by changing the number & type of hammers used & the size of discharge opening. | DIGITAL (AUTOMATIC) FEED CONTROLLER |
 SINGHASINI offers
Digital (Automatic) Feed Controller suitable for operating Pulverisers Automatically &
to achieve maximum feed rate. It is seen that all the Pulverisers have problems regarding
armature burning of Heavy & Expensive Motor due to uncontrolled feed / overloading in
the machine & consequently all the Pulverisers are generally run at a lower ampere
load resulting in less production. Further, due to operator / labour negligence, the
machine often runs idle or at a much lower ampere.SINGHASINI Digital (Automatic) Feed Controller solves all the above problems. The Controller feeds the material into the Pulveriser based upon the ampere load of the main motor, cuts the feed if the machine runs on overload and increases the feed if the machine runs on underload condition. Further, if due to any reason the machine is being run at a lower ampere than given, the signal goes to the Hooter. SINGHASINI Offers Controllers in two sizes :

Jaw Crusher is fabricated out of suitable M.S. Plate, heavily reinforced and is of
Single Toggle Type which runs on well protected Heavy Duty Bearings. The Crusher is
provided with Heavy Duty Fly Wheels for lower power consumption. Fix & Mobile Jaws are
replaceable, Cast Manganese Steel. The discharge opening is adjustable.
